Atlas Partners is a real estate advisory firm established specifically to address the commercial real estate issues faced by private equity sponsors, asset-based lenders, turnaround management consultants, bankruptcy and workout attorneys and middle-market companies.

These challenges take many forms but typically require a property or portfolio evaluation to determine not only market value, but also value within the client's overall operating structure. Assignments usually involve making specific recommendations regarding real estate holdings and, in most cases, executing a plan of action that maximizes the return to the client and/or user.

Atlas Partners, LLC has developed a national practice to assist users of space in all phases of their operating lives, including start up, expansion, consolidation, workouts, turnarounds, and the disposition of properties that are surplus to the ongoing operational needs of the business.

With a great number of national clients, we are able to value both fee simple and leasehold estates, determine appropriate commissions and fees, and arrive at a suitable marketing program schedule. As a single point of contact, Atlas Partners frequently operates as vice president of real estate for the space user, serving in an advisory capacity to coordinate all real estate activities.

At Atlas Partners, we believe in single-source reporting to our clients. We are a company of skilled professionals knowledgeable of local market conditions, and we are not burdened by exclusive contractual relationships or conflicts of interest in this business. This is in stark contrast to most real estate consultants, who complement their services with other income-generating real estate activities.

We also have the advantage of experience. The seasoned professionals of Atlas Partners have years of participation in the commercial real estate development and investment business, which provides a strong background for each new assignment. However, Atlas Partners in not actively engaged in transactions for its own account other than our real estate direct lending business. Third-party strategic advisory services are our business, which translates to superior customer accountability and service.

Atlas has recently added an affiliate that is a direct lender on real estate for asset based quality borrowers. Atlas Partners Mortgage Investors, LLC provides loans secured by first mortgages on real estate owned by operating businesses. The loans are collateral based, and the underwriting is based on the value of the real estate, with no regard for either the credit or cash flow (or lack thereof) of the owning company. Properties must be located in major or secondary markets, and, on a case by case basis, in tertiary markets. No loans will be considered in small towns or rural communities.
